INSIDE OUR FAMILY-OWNED FACTORY
All INGILIZ shoes are hand-made in our family-owned factory in Peshtera, Bulgaria. Each pair is the epitome of our family heritage handed down through generations, where true craftsmanship and artisanal tradition is enhanced with cutting-edge technologies. As a family-owned business, local production is very important to us and we favour a sense of sharing and collective work, because the most beautiful ideas are born in collaboration and exchange.
To stay connected to every step of the production process and our community of artisans, we have established our own department for designing and producing shoe moulds, shoe lasts, insoles and natural craft soles. Each pair of INGILIZ shoes is made with love, at the highest quality standards and with mindfulness for our beloved Planet Earth.
OUR PEOPLE
We see our people as agents of change and the driver behind implementing our green business model. It is our priority to make each employee feel welcome and appreciated at the INGILIZ family and to provide opportunities for individual growth.
We hold training sessions and seminars about social equality, gender equality, climate change, and the circular economy. These activities align with the daily processes of all departments.
We also participate in projects in collaboration with local educational institutions. We conduct active training events for young graduates. The events have a practical focus on production and design, aligned with the outlook on sustainable fashion.
