ORDERING
INGILIZ have a standard fit and follow Italian Sizing. If you have a particular concern around fit, do not hesitate to contact us on customerservice@ingiliz.com so we can be more precise in addressing your query. For more information please visit our size guide.
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, contact us. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your pumps, sneakers, and boots so we can suggest the best size for you!
Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return any items please refer to our Cancellations and refunds.
Unfortunately we are unable to combine two orders in one shipment, as order details are processed automatically. As soon as the packages are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email for each order, with two separate Tracking Numbers and invoices.

SHIPPING

We currently ship worldwide, free of charge. If you are residing in an embargoed by the EU area, please contact us so we can double check with our courier provider before you place an order.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please follow the link in your email to track the progress of your package.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Unless there is a specific dispatch start date communicated on our website, shoes are shipped with a quick turnaround from our warehouse and should reach you within 1-5 business days.
Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
A return must be requested 14 days after the receipt of order, after which merchandise must be sent back within 10 days. Merchandise must be in its original unworn, unmarked and boxed condition (with original carton box, INGILIZ box, dust bags etc.). Returned products that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to you. To protect your package, you should use the transport box you received it in. If you no longer have that, please make sure that shoe box is safety wrapped as we will not refund the full value of items that failed to be properly protected in transit. We are not able to process automatic exchanges. You can simply create a new order for the style you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime - you will be refunded for the unwanted item as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us at customercare@ingiliz.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. Please note that it might take up to 15 working days for the funds to be received back into your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment. Each piece we create is the product of years of designing, sourcing, and producing with the highest-quality materials and with like-minded production partners. We thoroughly research and vet our raw materials to make sure they meet our standards, are good for you and better for the environment. In addition to thinking about the impact on people and the environment, we consider factors like availability, preferred fiber content, water and energy input, and GHG emissions.
Act natural. We also use mostly natural materials, which break down better and are less of a pollutant than the synthetic fibers that are being found in oceans and water supplies.
