Organizer
The Giveaway is organized and conducted by the Organizer, Ingliz Group Ltd., @ingiliz_official.

Location
The Giveaway is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and worldwide.

Eligibility
Participation is open to any individual aged 18 or over, except for employees of Ingliz Group Ltd. Participation from fake accounts or any other method to increase winning chances is not permitted. Each entry is individual, and anyone who meets the conditions and follows the rules is considered a participant. The rules of the Giveaway are mandatory and apply equally to all participants.

Giveaway Period
The Giveaway will run from November 7, 2024, to November 14, 2024.

How to Participate
A post about the Giveaway will be published on the Instagram profile @ingiliz_official, detailing the rules of participation.

To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow @ingiliz_official on Instagram, reshare the post on stories, and tag a friend in a comment under the post.

Comments posted after the Giveaway period will not be considered, and such entries will not be included in the draw.

Prize
The prize is one product of choice (1 pair of shoes) from the Organizer’s official website.

Prize Redemption Procedure
The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected participant (drawn by @ingiliz_official) who meets all Giveaway rules.

One winner will be drawn at random the day after the Giveaway ends (November 15, 2024). The results will be published in an Instagram Story on @ingiliz_official. By participating, participants agree to have their names announced in a comment on the post or in an Instagram Story if they win.

To claim the prize, the winner must provide their full name, contact phone number, and delivery address by sending a private message to the Organizer’s Instagram profile @ingiliz_official.

All data provided by the participant will be used solely for the purposes of the Giveaway to identify the winner and deliver the prize.

The Organizer is not responsible if the winner provides invalid data.

The winner will receive their prize within 21 calendar days at the address they provided.

If the winner does not provide the necessary personal information within 3 days of winning, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to another participant.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting on the Instagram profile @ingiliz_official.

Transfer, resale, or exchange of the prize for its monetary equivalent or another prize is not permitted.

Termination of the Giveaway
The Organizer may terminate the Giveaway at any time if there is widespread rule-breaking, abuse, unforeseen circumstances, or other objective reasons. In case of abuse, misconduct, or rule violations, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant.

By entering the Giveaway, each participant is deemed to have read and agreed to these rules and consents to the conditions stated.
