RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do try your INGILIZ in the comfort of your own home but always on soft or carpeted flooring to avoid signs of wear to the leather or soles. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Our turn process is simple, please follow the below procedure:
➔ Step 1: Let us know about your return.
You can initiate a return within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please fill out this Return form
Let us know your order number and reason for the return. We will then respond with your return’s approval and email a return label for print.
Alternatively, email us at email@example.com with your request.
IMPORTANT! Currently, we only accept return mode by DHL EXPRESS delivery.
➔ Step 2: Call courier for pick-up.
Arrange pick-up with DHL courier service by phone.
➔ Step 3: Prepare the package.
Prepare your return in its original unworn, unmarked and boxed condition (with original carton box, INGILIZ box, dust bags etc.). Returned products that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to you.
To protect your package, you should use the transport box you received it in. If you no longer have that, please make sure that shoe box is safety wrapped as we will not refund the full value of items that failed to be properly protected in transit.
➔ Step 4: Hand in to courier
Hand in your package and printed return label to the courier upon pick-up. Make sure they attach it to your box.
➔ Step 5: Notification of Refund
Once we receive and inspect your package, we will confirm its receipt and process the return of funds.
We are not able to process automatic exchanges. You can simply create a new order for the style you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime - you will be refunded for the unwanted item as soon as possible. Shipping for returns will be charged, DHL shipping is fixed:

CANCELLATIONA AND REFUNDS
If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify email@example.com within 12 hours of placing the order. If there are more than 2 issues outstanding, the remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 15 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Refunds for gift subscribers will be issued to the purchaser.
Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Please try on your shoes on a carpet or similar platform, as our soles are very delicate and can be scratched easily. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund. Please note that it might take up to 15 working days for the funds to be received back into your account.

NON - REFUNDABLE COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
