1. Regulation

This Cookie Policy regulates the use of cookies by www.ingiliz.com  in order to improve the customer experience on the named Website. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 introduces and strengthens the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR). GDPR introduces or strengthens essential legal mechanisms for the benefit of Data Subjects within and, under certain conditions, outside the EU territory.

2. Definitions

2.1. For the purposes of this Policy, the terms set out below have the following meaning:

2.1.1. “Personal Data Controller” means INGILIZ GROUP LLC., the owner of the www.ingiliz.com domain (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The owner of the Website determines the purpose of the processing of personal data of the Website users (hereinafter referred to as User and/or Users) on any of the grounds provided for by the law to that effect, as well as the means for this processing.

2.1.2. "Cookies" mean small text files stored in the directories of the browser that the Users utilize, which support the efficient use of the Website by the Users. Deleting or blocking cookies might result in limiting the access to the Website or some of its functionalities.

2.1.3. "Digital Asset" – the website www.ingiliz.com 

2.1.4. “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or an identifiable individual (natural person). An identifiable individual is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference such as name, identification number, address, online identifier or one or more features specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the named individual.

2.1.5. "Plug-in" – a third-party software implemented into the Digital Asset and relevant to tracking user behavior and/or providing certain functionalities by switching to the third-party domain.

2.1.6. "Information society services" – are economic activities which take place on time. These are paid services, organized at a distance and by electronic means. The recipient of such a service must have requested it explicitly. At a distance implies that the service provider and the customer are not simultaneously present at any stage.

2.1.7. “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

3. Use of cookies.

3.1. For full use of the Website and its functionalities, permanent cookies may be used. They remain on the User's device until they are deleted or until they expire.

3.2. Session cookies are also used. They are active until the end of the session as a temporary pass for the User within a session. They are terminated with the closure of the Internet browser.

3.3. No individual profile of the User's online activities shall be created. Cookies are not associated with specific names, IP addresses or email addresses; they only have identification numbers.

3.4. The Administrator may use the capabilities provided by google codes to measure the attendance of the Website as a number and frequency of visits. They will not use these capabilities to collect personal data or individual IP addresses; the data is assembled in aggregated form and anonymized for statistical purposes to improve the visitor experience on www.ingiliz.com 

3.5. The data collected as described above is available to Google. According to their policies and conditions, it may be combined with other data that Google already has on the identity of the User, their device, their behavior in a digital environment, their search preferences. Personal data aggregated by Google, including such collected through the Digital Asset, may be used by the search engine for various purposes described in detail in Google’s Privacy Policy. For this reason, data will only be submitted to Google Analytics with the user's prior consent. This may subsequently be withdrawn at any time. 3.6. The consent of the User is required for the attachment of cookies that are not absolutely necessary or those improving the operation of the Website. They collect only aggregated, anonymous information that does not identify the User of the Digital Asset.

4. Type of cookies.

4.1. Absolutely necessary cookies. Without these cookies, the User cannot fully view the Website or use its functionalities.

4.2. Cookies improving the performance of the Digital Asset. These cookies collect information about the use of the Website, such as which pages are accessed most frequently. These cookies do not collect information that relates to a specific user of the page. All information that cookies in this group collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. Their sole purpose is to improve the operation of the Website.

4.3. Targeting or advertising. These cookies are used for marketing and advertising purposes. They can be used to track user behavior or measure the effectiveness of an ad campaign.

5. Management of cookies.

5.1. The User may use the Website without agreeing to cookies that are attached to their device. They can also delete cookies from the hard drive of their device at any time. This may prevent them from seeing certain elements of the Website or will reduce its functionality. The User can also manage the use of cookies by disabling or restricting them in their internet browser. Most web browsers allow preliminary control of cookie pinning from their settings, but cookies may not be successfully disabled through web browser settings if done via a mobile device.

6. Update.

6.1. This Policy is valid from the date it is published on the Website but can be subsequently amended. The updated Policy applies from the date it is published on www.ingiliz.com .If you visit www.ingiliz.com  after the Policy has been amended, you will be bound by the new Cookies Management Policy.
