1.       General Terms

INGILIZ’s (“INGILIZ” “we” “us”) website (our “Site”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our Site (collectively, the “TUS”). Please read the TUS carefully before placing any orders on www.ingiliz.com. We recommend you should keep a copy of the TUS for future reference.

INGILIZ is a trading name of INGILIZ BRAND INTERNATIONAL LLC, a company registered in Bulgaria. Our registered address is 1 Hristo Tsikalov street, Peshtera, 4550, Bulgaria. Our VAT number is BG 201186385.

In particular, we wish to draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase within the TUS and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 16, you must let your parent or guardian know about INGILIZ’s Privacy policy before you register to use this Site or any of this Site’s services. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 however.

We may modify the TUS from time to time. Please read the TUS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TUS then you must immediatealy stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

 

a.     Registration

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address customercare@ingiliz.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify INGILIZ immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

b.     Eligibility to purchase

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the INGILIZ terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to INGILIZ, whose applications are acceptable to INGILIZ and who have authorized INGILIZ to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, INGILIZ reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where INGILIZ feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

c.      Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

INGILIZ offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our factory. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once factory stock has been delivered to INGILIZ. INGILIZ will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by the factory. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at INGILIZ. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.

Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.

INGILIZ  will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.

 

d.     Pricing policy

Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Euros price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

 

e.     Acceptance of your order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and INGILIZ will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Peshtera, Bulgaria and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of INGILIZ.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TUS.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been canceled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.

 

f.        Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards, and any other methods which may be supported by PayPal. You can also choose to pay with your  PayPal balance. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to INGILIZ. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by INGILIZ. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to INGILIZ, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment..

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, INGILIZ uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

 

g.     Gift cards

INGILIZ  Printed and Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.       Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

2.       Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the the www.ingiliz.com.

3.       Gift Cards are non-transferable, can only be used on the Site for which they are issued and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

4.       If the total amount of the order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance remaining can not be recovered and will be lost if the customer does not decide to purchase more products that will cover the remaining amount.

5.       If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card the balances exceeding the value of your gift credit must be paid by credit or debit card.

6.       If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, you must contact Customer Care Support  which will issue a new gift card number with the same value.

7.       Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.

8.       INGILIZ is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

9.       INGILIZ is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

10.    INGILIZ reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.

11.    Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards with the exception of free shipping codes which can be applied to Printed Gift Cards orders.

12.    Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a INGILIZ Gift Card.

13.    Shipping is applicable on Printed Gift Cards.

 

h.     Promotion codes

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

 

i.        Insurance and delivery

You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you.

INGILIZ insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by INGILIZ, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

DHL can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you can update your preference on the shipping page at checkout before proceeding to purchase. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and, confirm that INGILIZ can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. On occasion, DHL may refuse to deliver your order if they are of the opinion that the shipping address is considered to be unsafe.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. INGILIZ is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

Our authorized representative who transports our products is DHL. At this moment we provide only DHL Express Delivery.

 

j.        Returns and exchanges

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS ( INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2013

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice.

Right to Cancel under the ICACRs

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the day on which you (or someone you nominate, other than a carrier) receives the last of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by letter to: Notice of Contract Cancellation, Customer Care Department, INGILIZ BRAND INTERNATIONAL LLC, 144 Mihail Takev street, Peshtera, 4550, Bulgaria, or by email to: customercare@ingiliz.com. You may also use the cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

For orders cancelled under the ICACRs, we will issue you with a full refund including the shipping cost paid by you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:(i) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any of the goods supplied; or

(ii)(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide us with evidence that the good have been returned; or

(iii) if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your cancellation.

We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the re-imbursement.

In the event that we have sent goods to you and you have cancelled your order, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest. If we do not receive the goods back, we may arrange to have them collected from you at your cost.

You shall return cancelled orders to: INGILIZ BRAND INTERNATIONAL LLC, 144 Mihail Takev street, Peshtera, 4550, Bulgaria, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the ICACRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order, by email or post as described above.

Our policy

Items should be returned unused and with all INGILIZ garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Where provided, belts and any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please email customercare@ingiliz.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without INGILIZ tags.

All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.

Shoes

Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Please try on your shoes on a carpet or similar platform, as our soles are very delicate and can be scratched easily. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Faulty goods

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return with an email on customercare@ingiliz.com and send the faulty goods back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you discover a fault after this time, but within six months of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on INGILIZ. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your INGILIZ account.

 

k.      Intellectual property rights

Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content, including INGILIZ Software and all HTML and other code contained in this Site. All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by INGILIZ and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy for the purposes of viewing Content for your own personal use.

 

l.        Content

In addition to the Intellectual property rights mentioned above, “Content” is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Site. INGILIZ tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. INGILIZ does not promise that INGILIZ’s Content is accurate or error-free. INGILIZ does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or INGILIZ’s Content will be error free or that this Site, INGILIZ Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all users of the Internet ensure they have up to date virus checking software installed.

INGILIZ reserves the right at its sole discretion not to publish or to remove any comment including those that it believes may be unlawful, defamatory, racist or libelous, incite hatred or violence, detrimental to people, institutions, religions or to people’s privacy, which may cause harm to minors, is detrimental to the trade marks, patents and copyrighted content, contains personal data, improperly uses the medium for promoting and advertising businesses. This site is available to the public, information you consider confidential should not be posted to this site.

 

m.   No commercial use

This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.

 

n.     Your activity

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Site and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this Site. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the TUS, we may deny you access to this Site on a temporary or permanent basis.

 

o.     Third party sites

We may include hyperlinks on this Site to other websites or resources operated by parties other than INGILIZ, including advertisers. INGILIZ has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Web Site and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages nor are we responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external websites or resources.

 

p.     Your rights

You have certain rights under the law. In Bulgaria these include:

1.       That any products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will confirm to any description given on this Site;

2.       Certain remedies if a product is defective; and

3.       A right to cancel any order for a product within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product and receive a  refund even if it is not defective (see Cancelling your order above).

 

q.     Limits on our liability

We accept liability for death and personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to affect your rights under the law.

If INGILIZ fail to comply with the TUS, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaching the TUS. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract is made, both you and INGILIZ knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process. We will only be liable for loss or damage up to 120% of the total value of goods purchased.

We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence, indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us.

We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the TUS where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

 

r.       Compensation

At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold us INGILIZ harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TUS by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.

 

s.      Our relationship

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and INGILIZ as a result of the TUS or your use of this Site. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of INGILIZ, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.

 

t.        No waiver

If you breach the TUS and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TUS.

 

u.     Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint about us email customercare@ingiliz.com giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name and address and contact details. The TUS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the Bulgarian law and the relevant courts of Bulgaria will have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

 

2.   Payment Terms

a.     Payment methods

3.   Exchange & Returns

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all INGILIZ garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

a.     Returning your purchase

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return. Schedule your collection by contacting customercare@ingiliz.com and have your items sent back to us

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside the EU might be responsible for taxes and duties.

Shipping for returns will be charged, the cost within the EU is 15 euros and outside the EU 25 euros.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify Customer Care within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply call +359 877910000 internationally, from 9 am – 5 pm GMT, Monday to Friday or email customercare@ingiliz.com. We are confident that you will love being the first to know about INGILIZ news however, you may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying Customer Care. If there are more than 2 issues outsanding, the remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account. Refunds for gifts subscribers will be issued to the purchaser

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

1. Email us at customercare@ingiliz.com to clarify whether you wish to exchange or return items. Please do not ship your exchange/return back without our authorisation, as it will not be processed.

2. Confirm a convenient address, time and telephone number in order for us to generate a pick up label.

3. Please print out your pick up label. DHL will get in touch with you in order to make arrangements at your convenience.

4. Remove all previous labels and attach the new printed pick up label to your package.

5. Once we receive and examine the items, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges are free of charge and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

 

b.     Receiving refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as gift card to use in further purchases..

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through INGILIZ. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. All items must be returned new, unused and with all INGILIZ garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your INGILIZ account.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of INGILIZ.

Items on SALE

At this moment items on SALE cannot be refunded.

Non-refundable costs

Original shipping and returning costs are non-refundable. Items purchased through Gift Cards vouchers cannot be refunded.

Bags

Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

Shoes

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Limited-Edition Products

As these items are highly collectible, please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.

Gifts

To arrange a gift return, please email customercare@ingiliz.com and we will assist you further.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through customercare@ingiliz.com and send the faulty goods back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on INGILIZ as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

Shipping cost within the EU is EUR €15.00.

Shipping cost outside the EU is EUR €25.00.

Shipping cost within the EU or outside the EU for orders costs more than € 1000 will be free of charge

Taxes

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. BG VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the Bulgaria, excluding the Channel Islands. Local VAT will be applied to all other EU destinations. Please note taxes and duties are not applicable for Australian orders under 1000 AUD.

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as BG VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. d.     Order tracking

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online at our  shipping partner system.

Our shipping partner, DHL, also offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. Enter your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:

–          Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day

–          Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home

e.     Important information

1.       Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum

2.       Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched

Brazil

Purchases shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica – CPF). To avoid any possible delays, make sure you have this information available when DHL contacts you.

Please note, orders over 2999 USD require formal customs clearance. We recommend that you hire a broker to ensure you comply as your purchase could be confiscated if you fail to do this.

China

As clearance procedures vary between Chinese gateways, please contact your local DHL on the telephone numbers below to receive further information.

Depending on the clearance method and value of your order, you may need to provide DHL with further information, such as a copy of your ID and a consignee’s declaration letter.

GCC Countries

A copy of the following documents must be provided to DHL when shipments arrive to the destinations below:

–          Saudi Arabia – your Saudi National ID or valid resident permit (Iqama)

–          Bahrain – your Civil Population Registration (CPR or ID Card)

–          Qatar – your Qatar Identification Number (QID)

Russia

The Federal Customs Service of Russia calculates customs fees based on the total value of goods imported by each customer within a one month period.

We recommend that you keep track of the orders you place, as in a small number of areas in Russia, if you exceed the monthly import threshold amount, your purchase will be sent back to us. For more information, please contact Customer Care.

Turkey

For orders over 75 EUR, DHL will need you to provide one of the following pieces of information:

–          TR ID number (if you are a Turkish citizen)

–          VAT number (for deliveries to a company address)

–          Passport number (non-residents)

DHL will contact you for this once your order arrives in Turkey, and your details will be stored for future shipments.

Israel

All Israeli postcodes must now be seven digits.

To avoid any possible delays, make sure your postcode is entered correctly when placing your order.

Portugal

Previously, the first four digits of your postcode were sufficient when entering your delivery address.

We now need all seven digits in order to ensure you don’t experience delays. Please enter this correctly at checkout.

 

g.     Insurance

INGILIZ insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. At checkout, you may have the option to select whether you’d like to sign for your delivery. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by INGILIZ and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

DHL can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you can update your preference on the shipping page at checkout before proceeding to purchase. By waiving the signature, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

Please note, if your delivery is above a certain value, you will not have the option to opt out of signature confirmation. This is to insure the safe arrival of your order.

VIRTUAL GIFT CARD

 b.     How to redeem a gift card

If you haven’t done so already, please register for a INGILIZ account. Then sign in your account. You can redeem your gift card on the payment page when making your purchase. Your gift card amount will then be automatically deducted as payment on your next order.

Please note:

–          Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

–          Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the the www.ingiliz.com.

–          Gift Cards are non-transferable, can only be used on the Site for which they are issued and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

–          If the total amount of the order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance remaining can not be recovered and will be lost if the customer does not decide to purchase more products that will cover the remaining amount.

–          If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card the balances exceeding the value of your gift credit must be paid by credit or debit card.

–          If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, you must contact Customer Care Support  which will issue a new gift card number with the same value.

–          Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. A copy will also be sent to the sender as confirmation of dispatch.

–          INGILIZ is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

i.        How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

j.        Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from INGILIZ to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery.

We can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you can update your preference on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. If you choose to waive the signature, you accept our terms and conditions and take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

 

k.      How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Whereas when a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as BG VAT. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

l.        Does INGILIZ ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

 

m.   Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

n.     How can I track my orders?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

 

o.     How do I return or exchange an item?

Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items and we will collect from your home, work or alternative address. To arrange your exchange or return, simply write to our Customer Care department on email customercare@ingiliz.com. You will then receive a confirmation email with returns instructions and details about how to book your collection.

 

p.     Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your items are faulty, or your order is cancelled under the ICASRs.

All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

q.     Does INGILIZ have seasonal sales?

INGILIZ offers seasonal sales twice a year. Register for email updates to be notified when our sale starts, and when we offer further reductions.

 

r.       How do I buy a gift card?

You can buy a INGILIZ gift card in Euros (EUR) by following these steps:

–          Decide whether you would like to purchase a printed or virtual gift card. Printed gift cards are shipped in INGILIZ signature packaging, and virtual gift cards are emailed directly to the recipient.

–          Choose the amount, enter the recipient’s name (and email address for virtual gift cards), include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag

–          You will be notified by email as soon as your printed or virtual gift card has been dispatched

To purchase multiple printed gift cards and have them shipped to different addresses, you will need to repeat the purchasing process and pay the shipping charges for each address the printed gift card is sent to.
